Lithology Brewing is an award winning Farm licensed Brewery located in Farmingdale, New York. Their brewing process blends science, technology, new and traditional techniques as well as the the best available ingredients (as a NY farm brewer they use local grain and hops in EVERY beer they make) to craft balanced and drinkable beers. Their goal is to utilize their scientific backgrounds, local ingredients and love of beer to craft the perfect pint.

They want their beer to spark conversation and be enjoyed in the company of friends, family neighbors and acquaintances. The entire process from ingredient selection to brewing to kegging is done with the purpose of creating an exceptional drinking experience. If the brew doesn't taste right, they wont sell it.
